At this course, we will be presenting highly effective personal defense material tailored for men and women with minimal or no previous training. This is not your typical "knee to the groin/keys to the eyes" self-defense class. Students will learn:

  Refuse to be a victim. Develop the right mindset to defend yourself effectively. Understand the importance of mental preparedness before carrying any defensive tools like pepper spray, knives, or firearms.
  
  
• Defensive Tool Selection:
  Explore various self-defense tools and how to integrate them into your daily life. Find out which options work best for you and how to carry them discreetly.
  
  
• Escaping:
